TalentL only collects the information we actually need to do our work properly.

If you are a company, studio, or partner reaching out to us, we may collect information about your team, hiring needs, project scope, timeline, and the kind of creative support you are looking for.
If you are a TalentR applying to join our network or community, we may collect information about your experience, work, background, portfolio, rates, availability, and the kind of opportunities you are interested in.
We do not collect information just for the sake of it. We do not sell your data. We do not scrape your work. We do not use your portfolio, profile, or personal information in ways you did not agree to.
We use your information to make TalentL work.
That means replying to your messages, reviewing applications, matching companies with relevant creative talent, managing our TalentR community, sharing relevant opportunities, improving our website, and sending updates if you have chosen to receive them.
Sometimes we may use trusted third-party tools to help us run the website, manage forms, send emails, organize our talent network, or understand how people use the site. These may include tools like Framer, Notion, Typeform, Substack, email platforms, analytics tools, or other operational services.
We only share what is needed, with the people or platforms needed, for the purpose it was shared for.
If we introduce a TalentR to a company, or a company to a TalentR, we may share relevant professional information to help both sides understand whether there is a good fit. We do not share sensitive or unnecessary details.
Your information is not used to train public AI models. Your work remains yours. Your portfolio remains yours. Your story remains yours.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Access is limited to the people who need it to support TalentL’s work, manage opportunities, or communicate with you. We use trusted platforms and practical security measures to reduce risk.
No online system is perfect, but we treat your data like something that belongs to a human, not a spreadsheet row.
